Speed Stacking Team

Who we are:
Speed stacking, also known as cup stacking, is an individual and team sport that involves stacking 12 specially designed cups in pre-determined sequences as fast as you can. Players compete against the clock or another player. Speed stacking helps to improve cooperation, ambidexterity, reaction time, and hand–eye coordination. Speed stacking increases physical fitness and helps the player to more greatly utilize both sides of the brain. The HES Speed Stacking Club is open to students in grades 3-6 and is coached by Mrs. Eileen Griffin and Mrs. Jessica Ray.
